A fun, comedic story involving humans interacting with talking pandas like it's perfectly normal, and there being a zoo or circus holding some importance. Now granted, Polar Bear Cafe is focused on the interactions of talking animals period, not just pandas (although one of the main characters is Panda, a young panda who works part-time at a local zoo), and relies a lot on puns and running gags and dialogue to carry the story.
