Erased is faster paced and not all the plot development is as justified as ghost hound.
Both psychological mystery anime, both have similar looking MC, both do a good job at a similarly creepy and atmospheric feel.
Mysterious kidnappings in the past are what drives the plot of both anime. They also each have heavy supernatural and psychological elements. They differ in that Boku dake ga Inai Machi is more of a thriller with a sense of urgency whereas Ghost Hound is slow-paced with an unsettling horror atmosphere.

Both shows start with really intense psychological traumas of the main characters and develops the plot around that. You also have a common boy who builds up a lot of courage and a distant and quiet girl hard to open up.
The supernatural plays a bigger part in Ghost Hound while Erased is more about thriller itself.
They both have psychological and mysterious premise. They both start out with a sad murder/kidnapping with many questions and much unknown. As they both progress they solve their issues with peculiar supernatural abilities. This is a great anime overall for those who enjoy said genre.
