If you liked
Gangsta.

...then you might like
91 Days

Both are located around criminals, mafia and revenge. The action in Gangsta is more dynamic than it is "91 Days" Both are prey to a mental game that can lead to loyalty or family love.
Both are about mafia and revenge. Both take place in Amerika and both have this fascinating twentieth-century America vibe.

Both shows are about mafia and revenge. If you like shows about people getting killed, blood and alcohol involvement, you might like Gangsta a lot too.
Similar in tone when comparing the brutality and the harsh reality of the main protagonist lives, work, and overall society each where given. Also, both main characters were given "unfavorable" cards in their lives but decided to challenge them in an act that might seem futile to others. But in reality, it is not so much the act of rebelling but the significance of said rebellion which is expressed in each story.
Mafia, gangsters, revenge, blood, alcohol, betrayal, shooting and fights. Great soundtracks, animation and voice acting.
Mafia and Revenge Everything in this show you would pretty much see in 91 days along with a mix of other good shows.
The theme for both TV series centers around mafia and revenge.
Nonetheless, while Gangsta contains more jokes and humorous situations, the overall impression for 91 days is rather dark and suspenseful.
Both are stories concerning gangs or families. Though Gangsta has a bit of comedy in each episode, 91 days focuses more on the serious side and the revenge of Angelo Lagusa. Cheers to the unpredictable moves of our protagonist, really amazing!

Grit, mafia, intended for a slightly more mature audience… I will say that 91 days has a superior plot but my enjoyment of the two are around the same. Both have pretty great characters and action scenes.

if you enjoyed Gangsta and looking for another mafia anime i recommend 91 days
It gives me a similar vibe to GANSTA. We have the mafia involved once again, our characters are more complex than they seem at first glance, and there's a lot of action. I love both anime and I think anyone who is comfortable in this genre should give '91 Days' a try.

Gangsta has a similar mafia vibe, taking place in inner city filled with violence, drugs, prostitutes, etc. Although, Gangsta follows more of a finding more and more about the main cast and their backstory, which leads to power struggles at the top of the chain. Main difference is that Gangsta has superhuman beings called Twilights, but otherwise both have the same vibe.
Both shows do very well highlighting the gritty everyday life of
crime-oriented individuals. They also do well in having their own, but
distinctly different intrigues that the series pursues. If you need more
young Mafioso’s in your life, Gangsta isn’t quite the same, but it is
similar enough to fill the void.
