These are similar in the simple way that both of them have a group of kids that all have a club, and often spend time working together to become stronger, or to control their abilities. They mostly have a very similar feel, although Inou-Battle has a harem dynamic, while Netoge has one main "couple". I would for sure recommend to watch one if you like the other.
