Youkai boys? Check.
Romance? Both have bits of them, I think. Can't really remember.
In fact, Kamisama reminded me of Inuyasha. I don't really know why. There's this feel to them that's really similar for me. Maybe it's the supernatural element and adventure in the supernatural world.
Though Inuyasha has time travel into the Feudal Era of Japan, and involves more youkai than the kami.
Both anime have modern girls meeting youkai and falling for the first youkai they meet.
