This story starts out with girl (Hamaji/Kagome) and half-hybrid human dog (Shino/Inuyasha) who are strangers to each other and from different races but starts to have feelings for one another which leads to romantic feelings. They are both set in same feudal era of Japan. The only difference between them is Inuyasha focus more time-traveling and more supernatural demon fighting action; as for Fusé: Memoirs of a Huntress focus more on historical-classic literature and less supernatural demon fighting fighting action.
