Shigofumi

They both have crazy teens up to no good with knives in their hands. More importantly, Shigofumi and School Days do show students having pretty messed up lives a ton of which focuses on real-life tragic moments extrapolating all the way to school life.
Shigofumi does this with the deaths of others making an impact on the living via the Shigofumi letters, in ways usually negative. School Days does this with a love story that turns into anything but, unfaithfulness and interceptions around every corner.
Both are pretty well made psychological anime.
