Both are funny shonen ai anime with comedy and romance. Both have the world of entertainment (Music/Actors). I am completely sure if you like one you'll like the other and they are easy to watch for any new bl watcher, very soft and funny (they are strong in comedy)
They are both shounen-ai which focus on entartainment business. Unlike the majority of this genre, both of their drawings are so refreshing and funnier. I highly recommend that if you love one of them, then you should give a chance to the other.

They're both very similar in terms of romance, the main difference is that in Gravitation, Shindou Shuichi falls in love and wants the popular Yuki Eiri, while in Love Stage!!, the popular Ichijou Ryouma is in love with Sena Izumi.
If you enjoyed that anime you will definitely love this one as well. I personally consider Gravitation to be a masterpiece. It also has the bonus of being about music. :)
