Although they are both mostly filler, there are plenty of funny moments fused with top-notch ecchi, and even some romantic moments that tug on your heartstrings a bit, all fueled by a fun, light-hearted cast of characters. The plot of both shows centers around a love triangle between the lead male character who is a high school loner, a female classmate who has been friends with the guy for a while, and a ditsy pink-haired girl whose alien background throws the main characters on hilarious adventures.
- Multiple Girls After One Guy (Harem)
- Girl From Other Planet As Main Character
- Main Guy Is A "Nice Guy" Type
- Both Have More Then 1 Season

Awkward male main character meets beautiful but airheaded girl from another planet/realm who begins living with him. She's unfamiliar with Earth's customs and standards of modesty and always embarrasses the main character or stirs up trouble with her antics, which become the subject material for most episodes. Slowly becomes a harem as her siblings/friends from her home planet are introduced and also live in the same household.
Very funny, cute characters and ecchi. And although both shows are mostly episodic, the endings of their second seasons both involve the girl getting taken away and everyone working to bring her back.
In both of these series the male MC starts to build up a harem of alien and Earth girls.
The MC get's into lots of "misunderstandings" which are used as comedy points.
All of the alien girls are a little awkward at adapting to Earthly cultures and social expectations.
