If you like School Comedies like School Rumble, then you'll definitely love watching Ouran High School Host Club! OHSHC may take a while to get used to the way the boys handle, but later you'll so going to appreciate it.
Hilarious Comdey, lots of school life, a bit of romance, school festival everywhere and more cos play!
They are similar in some ways, especially since it's about high school students. Ouran is also funny, though not as funny as School Rumble (but SR is reeeally hard to beat in that way, for me at least)
Ouran highschool host club is a love comedy, so is school rumble. both have really funny chibi expressions too. I'de say the only difference is the main characters. both are hilarious.

Both SchoolRumble and Ouran will make you laugh time and again. They are funny, can be poignant at times, are mostly random but do have something of a plot. Both focus on high school students and their interactions with each other. Though they are not entirey similar (no anime can be), if you like one then there is a high chance you will enjoy the other.
Both about a bunch of crazy kids making their way through life at school.
It's fun and playful anime, it really makes you laugh. Although they have a bit different subjects, it's all about love in both anime in a really comic way.

Both are school animes, although School rumble has a more serious plot, they're both very comical, both involve a female and male protagonist, with the male trying to attract the female, however in School rumble, it's more of a love triangle, both are extremely good and funny animes.
If you like one, you'll most likely like the other!

Though the art style is starkly different (probably the hardest part of the transition) they're both absolutely hilarious romcoms which are primarily great because of their lovably, zany characters. If you enjoyed Ouran Host Club and all of its humor but are looking for something geared a little bit more toward males than School Rumble delivers.
There isn't much connecting the two shows besides their genres, as most of the characters don't have counterparts. But that's why I think School Rumble is a great show to follow Ouran with, because it offers a new perspective on a high school romance, uses the

Both series are a high school romance comedy. Very funny characters living their everyday lives with their friends doing just about everything! From trips to the pool, dates, and more in store. Definitely recommended if you want a good laugh and a bit of romance :)
