D-Frag!

School Rumble and D-Frag not only takes place at school but also stars a main male protagonist with traits of a delinquent. At school, they are notorious for their bad boy images that causes them to be ostracized. However, at the same time, they attract the unusual attentions of some characters in ways that are presented comically hysterical.
There is a lot of comedy offered in both series. School Rumble does take on a more serious mood on various times but the point often draws out a line of fictional humor involving its characters.
Delinquent protagonists with over-the-top classmates.

Similarities
-Both protagonist are self proclaimed delinquents
-Both have the same feeling of comedy and are very funny
-Both takes place in school. (majority)
When I watched the first 2 episodes of D-Frag, I was curios that I feel I watched an anime very similar to this. When I tried to search the anime, I found out that it was School Rumble which left memories of a very much humor that I appreciated. If you somehow love or at least you're entertained to anime like these two, then I suggest you to give it a chance of watching. Who knows, maybe you'll love it. :D
Over-the-top comedy/gag series that take place at school and feature one protagonist who is a former delinquent, both of which have the surname Kenji. There's even a character in D-frag! who looks a lot like Harima from School Rumble.

Both are very funny school-life anime with so many similiarities:
A delinquent-like character ia the main character between this shows, also, both mc are called Kenji
Roka uses a hairstyle strongly similar to Tenma, also they have a little sister that is apparently older than them (Tsutsuji (manga only) and Yakumo)
These two series had a crazy tournament (the 2-C vs 2-D in School Rumble, and the "zipper incident" tournament in D-Frag!)
...
(Sorry for my English, it isn't my native language)

D-Frag is a successor of SR comedy-wise: random extravagant humor and exaggerations with a bit of cringe. Romance is just a way of progressing the plot and put characters in different situations (in SR it is a love polygon and in DF its more of a harem) without developing any relationship whatsoever.
