they are both really really kawaii and the main character has an air mattress head (airhead) in both the only difference is this one is like rated for like 11.7 year olds and and school rumble is like 12 and up

Both are based off of high school girls who are just sweet and insecure in their own way. Friendship and romance are shared themes and you find yourself fawning over the love and humor that these anime share.
