Aside from taking place in a high school, both series are striking similar in the way they handle realism. Slice-of-life issues are addressed from episode to episode while romance serves as an underlying plot connecting all the events. The main leads are similar in the sense that they secretly yearn for someone to understand them even though they appear to reject intimacy at the surface level.
If you like one, I think you'll definitely appreciate the delicate romance of the other.
These anime attracts same kind anime fans,the fans that love struggle of a protagonist making a place for himself.
To help others even though it doesn't effects him to consider himself a genius.
