They're both mystery, or in their case, homicidal solvers. If you love the thrill of finding out a way to bring Kudo back to his normal self in Detective Conan, then you'll definately like the thrill of finding out who the blade children are in Spiral.
1. Both shows have unkown organizations.
2. Both are the mystery genera.
3. Both deal with high school detectives.
4. Both shows have very good characrters, at least by my opinion.

They both are about detectives, mysterioyse illnesses, secreat orginaztion and ways to kill people.
Both Spiral and Detective Conan deal with the main character using reasoning skills to solve mysteries. There is also an 'evil group' in both animes. However, Detective Conan is still ongoing and Spiral is shorter by comparison.

They both are about kids solving cases
similarities:
- Conan/shinichi and Ayuma are really good at deduction
-they both are looking for someone, the people in black cloths for Conan and his older brother for Ayuma
-Both have detectives and mysterious and case solving
In short I feel that if you enjoyed detective conan you will also like Spiral.
