Whisker Away does this with Muge constantly causing havoc to Hinode's peace. Monthly Girls' following Sakura helping Nozaki in his manga after a failed confession.
Both are good rom-com anime with Whisker Away having the side of drama, Monthly Girls' just being pure comedy.
