Somewhat surprised I didn't see this recommended yet. Both shows give off the exact same feel-good vibes with plenty of hints towards romance between the main characters, but both lead males are oblivious to this in their own way. They also have a lot of similar episode themes and both make for an all-around relaxed and happy anime experience.
Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san is more of an innocent middle school version of this story, while Nozaki is the high school adaptation. The other main difference is that the roles are reversed between the male and female leads. Nozaki in a way, unknowingly, teases Chiyo by putting
