Both of them have romance story that happen in their friends circle (and somewhat, they're connected each other). If you enjoy comedy in nozaki, then you will find same air in nijiiro (with more simple relationship, i think).
The Slapstick Comedy of these shows are pretty similar, both shows focus on a romance, albeit in a comedic fashion. Both shows have a variety of characters with different interests and personalities all coming together to make a group of friends.
These two are both lighthearted comedy romance series. The characters are all in Highschool and hang out together, have fun and fall in love.
