Both series are somewhat similar with trying to bring justice out from an crime case, I would recommend zankyou no terror with more mature audience
But both are really similar , I found millionaire detective has a lot of comedy ans stuff you should really check them out both
Similarities between both :-
• Both are detective Animes
• Both are of 11 episodes and have no sequel
• Both have 'About-to-retire' detectives , who were earlier in the Main detective force , but were later shifted to the Drafts because they had controversial unsolved cases ,, viz. - Shibazaki San and Cho San
