Adorable is one word that describes both of these series, but there is a certain charm behind the two series which fills the viewer with a nice, warm and fluffy feeling. Cardcaptor Sakura and Ojamajo Doremi are in fact your classic Magical Girl series which hit all of the major plot point expected of a Magical Girl series, yet the fact they don't go beyond this doesn't mean the characters are any less charming and delightful, but there is a new adventure every episode.

Cheerful magical girl stories with sweet young girl protagonists with secret magic powers, filled with warmth and a lot of heart. Happy and sad moments are in both. They are both very good series with characters you will love. Cardcaptor Sakura is about mysterious magic cards, and Ojamajo Doremi is about being a witch-in-training.

Similarity
- involve magic
- have a mission in order to have normal life again
Difference
- Doremi and her close friends become witches

Which one is better?
7/10 for both of them
These are two of the most comforting, sweet and gentle anime you can possibly watch (while getting surprisingly deep and hitting incredible emotional highs). They both share the "everyone is nice" atmosphere.

If you worshipped one, you will worship the other. Both of these have a chill, nice vibe to it, with lots of fun episodes that you can't seem to stop watching. Both are extremely adorable, magical girl shows. Both have excellent character development. Trust me, you will grow attached to these characters in an unexpected way. Both these shows seem shallow and childish when you first hear about them, but they go much deeper. But, the only difference is that Ojamajo Doremi may get a little dark in the later seasons, unlike Cardcaptor Sakura which maintains a consistent tone throughout the story. Anyways, if you
