CCS and Nanatsuiro Drops are really similar because of the main idea, in CCS Sakura picks cards and in Nanatsuiro Sumomo picks stars.
Kero and Yuki are really similar too, both are supposed to be the "annyoing stuffed animal" although Yuki is less annoying than Kero.
This really reminds me of CCS because Sakura needs to catch card and Sumomo Drops and they bote had a enemy and a animal to help them
No use to run from it: Nanatsuiro Drops is a worse version of Card Captor Sakura. The ND story is heartwarming and cute? Yes. Is it well developed? Not at all.
If you want to watch some romance featuring a magical girl, give Nanatsuiro a shot, but CCS is WAAAAAAAAAY better on all aspects.
Mahou Shoujo with a cute storyline, brilliant outfits and stunning animation.
Both characters have to collect something (Sakura - cards, Sumomo - Drops) and they also have a stuffed animal to help them, also they wear pretty outfits.
Similar storylines. Both main characters are very cute, very caring, and have a little animal "sidekick" that has much information about what is being collected. Both Sakura and Sumomo adapt to the idea of having magical powers and having to search for the magical items in similar ways. In CCS they are collecting Clow Cards, in ND they are collecting Stardrops. ^O^ Sakura and Sumomo kinda look alike too. ^^

Both anime's involve a magical girl in search of some object to save a stuffed animal creature.
