Cardcaptor Sakura and Fantasista Dolls may be a litle bit similar in that they both use cards as a sort of weapon/defense.
Only difference is Fantasista Dolls are characters of their own will and are electronically called upon or connected with. Cardcaptor Sakura cards are more spirit like and do not have an animation to live with the protagonist in real life as the Fanta Dolls.
Both are pretty light hearted and a pretty amusing magical girl series to watch.
