Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Kenichi

The raw fighting style and pure all-out battle have a very similar feel. Even the character designs and animation seem similar to each other. Both are excellent fighting animes with a touch of comedy.
Both are about fighting. In Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Kenichi, Kenichi isn't strong right from the start, whereas the main character in Air Master is. Both anime are about battling strong opponents. Air Master is more street fighting while Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Kenichi is more martial arts. Both are excellent though. I feel there is more depth to the storyline in Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Kenichi though, and I enjoyed it a little more than Air Master.

History's Strongest Desciple Kenichi and Air Master are smiliar with Martial Arts
Differences:
(AM) main character is a girl while (HSDK) main character is a boy
(HSDK) Kenichi has 5 Masters while (AM) Maki has none
(HSDK) Kenichi doesn't want to fight people(But he do it anyway) while (AM) Maki wants to fight strong people
(HSDK) Kenichi use five different Martial Arts(Judo, Karate, Muay Thai, Chinese Kenpo, Kosaka Style) while (AM) Maki use Acrobatic Skill
