Similarities:
- A mysterious girl with pink hair(Inori & Nu/Lucy) and the MC fall in love with each other.
- The antagonist tries to create a new "humanity" by breeding a new "Adam" and "Eve".
- Both have action scenes.
Differences:
- Elfen Lied contains a lot of gore and nudity, while Guilty Crown has none.

Elfen Lied & Guilty Crown are both hilarious they seem a little bit similar as long as one of the main characters will sacrifice for her Lover or for ''The World'' in case of violence Elfen Lied is kind of aggressive more than Guilty Crown; killing,cuting,.... there is No Mercy enjoy as well for Guilty Crown but its Less than ... they share a lot of stuff i mean in common something like emotions, Feelings, Tsundere Stufff wherever its up To you guys .Rock N Roll (Dudera) Elfen Lied +18/GC +13
if you really enjoyed Kouta and lucy's relationship and their backstory, you'll really like the relationship between Shu and Inori. both are very similar
