Both are anime series about magical girls, but with a dark twist. In both series they make deals to be magical girls (or "Selectors/Eternal Girls" in WIXOSS case") with special powers, but then there turns out to be a catch that they didn't know about when they signed up for it.
Both anime may look cutesy at first, but slowly become dark and dramatic. They involve girls who play a popular game, and only certain girls are chosen to have special abilities to compete against each other. The stakes are high, and the consequences of losing are brutal. Wixoss is a card game show, while Raising Project is a Magical Girl show
People may compare Raising Project to Madoka, but I would say Selector Infected is more similar in plot wise and setting. It's still a bit early to say, but I have enough comparison with both series.
- Both series feature games that attract people(especially the girls)
- Beginning episodes for both series starts out pretty grim and very dark
- They both are more self-evident that they will have a twist.
- Girls have to fight each other to "get" to their destination.

Both seem to be relatively cutesy anime, but take a very dark twist near the start of the season.
Both anime build on the idea of "Is either kill or be killed" where you have to fight your way to the top while sacrificing or killing others.
