Heroines fight against evil in worlds of fantasy and some advanced technology, and they wear skimpy outfits. They're also both 1985 OVAs.
There's a trio of these types of OVA anime that are all similar to each other (Dream Hunter Rem, Mujigen Hunter Fandora, and Genmu Senki Leda). Fandora is the bigger series of the two, spanning three episodes, whereas Leda is a single 70 minute romp. Both are 80s OVA classics with bikini-armor babes duking it out against enemies. Both anime also prominently display that iconic mix of SF and fantasy present in 80s and 90s anime.
