About a guy who goes around helping other people with their supernatural problems. Not as drama heavy as clannad but it gives off the same vibe.
The two series have a similar structure and the main characters share a similar role. Also both series integrate the supernatural into an otherwise "real" world to a surprising degree.
-Same main character at the beginning of the animated as Tomoya who is seen a little less like an outcast, but as a single person with only one or two friends.
-The main female character is very different from Nagissa in her attitude but she is in the same situation, a lonely girl, who is also the senpai of the main character.
-Small SPOIL
The character who disappears from the sight of others, is reminiscent of the story of Fuko Ibuki in clannad.

Character-wise and dialog-wise and teenage-problem-connected-with-some-supernatural-stuff-theme-wise there are many anime out there that are more like "Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai" but - BUT - I got an almost mystical feeling from "Clannad" and I got a little bit of the same feeling from "Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai", so I think the reason, why both anime are so popular is made of the same essence and if you liked one I recommend to watch the other to maybe find this essence again.

Both MC kinda the same.. a rascal, and also an outcast.
Both MC are chick magnets, not all girls are involved romantically, but certainly these MCs attract lots of troubled girls.
Both have disappeared from existence girls.

When I tell people about Bunny Girl Senpai I describe it as "similar to Clannad but with a little more lewdness." There is a male protagonist who helps out several young women around him, mostly at school, but underlying the narrative is a journey that he himself is taking that makes him question his existence. There are also supernatural elements in both stories that afflict the girls he is trying to help. There is a lot of heart, and you may shed some tears if you get emotional over drama easily like I do.

Assisting the conflicted. Clannad and Bunny Girl Senpai both present MCs who are misfits assisting multiple heroines with their social/personal issues that are associated with them.
Clannad has pessimistic Tomoya help out heroines who are related to the drama club, with personal issues regarding their lives, the same concept can be found in Bunny Girl Senpai though Sakuta helps out people who are related to him in some form or another.
Both are great anime with a somewhat cynical MC learning about people's values in life through supernatural means.

They are both basically harems with the protagonist being a guy that helps the girls with different problems. Both of these shows mean something to me and have changed a small part of my life.

Its like the genre where suoernatural aspects and the people in the show have their own problems but they try to help other people who are having supernatural things as well.
The protagonist is a selfless high school delinquent who has no issue insulting females the same he would with men, and each arc revolves around a single girl whom the protagonist works tirelessly to rid of their problems. Additionally, there are bits and pieces of sci-fi/fantasy mixed in while being predominantly slice of life/drama/romance.

Both shows have similar situations, characters and overall "taste". Both shows are magic realism: while Clannad gives no explanation of different events (a bit kafkaesque), Bunny Girl tries to give some corny and straight bad ones.
Bunny Girl has more romance and less drama than Clannad. BG also has more refined pacing and story.

Both have this male MC going around helping girls with their supernatural issues.
Similar energy male MCs, with their own "semi-harems" but still maintaining a nice monogamous relationship with one girl that carries on to their respective stories.
Both touch on supernatural themes, using these supernatural themes to build onto the characters and their developments.
The sequels are very similar as well (Clannad after story & Doesnt dream of a dreaming girl)
