If you like romance animes that stay away from the harem style and show you nice character development along with a constant plot with 0 fillers, this is your show.
-) The art style is in both series very well done.
-) Toradora is a romantic comedie, with enough drama and great character evolution. The story is amazingly good.
-) True tears also is a romantic comedie, there are many thinking moments in the serie, true tears also have some great character evolution. It has a good story.
I cant say more for the recommendation, other than: if you like toradora then you will like true tears 2.

Coming out in the same year, Toradora! and True Tears are two love polygons about the relationship of the main male character and an odd girl he meets by chance. While arguably the way these two anime handle themselves is different, there are many similar scenarios between them and they over all share a similar atmosphere.
