To start, both shows are comedy slice-of-life adaptions of 4-koma manga, revolving around girls working in cafes.
Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka? has a larger cast and leaves the cafes more often, and there are multiple cafes. In Blend S there's a single cafe where just about the entire cast works. Another difference is that in the Blend S cafe everyone acts as an anime archetype, while the three Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka? cafes are fairly standard cafes.

Slice of life series with characters working on a cafe, with a lot of moe and cgdct.
In my opinion, Blend S and GochiUsa have a lot in common in the type of storyline, the atmosphere that is served, and also characterizations that are arguably unique.
Imagine a café that employs cute girls to work. That's what it looks for Gochuumon and Blend S, but it isn't a problem since they offer heartwarming and cute interactions between characters and their daily lives. Not much male casts are seen, in-fact only a few; but they are not left behind in the screen as they enjoy as much comedy and fun together with all the other characters. In other words, this show has cute girls doing cute things and comedy in a café setting.

Both are a SoL comedy anime in a coffee shop/cafe setting.
Both anime begin with the MC first start working in a cafe/coffee shop, adapting to their workplace and forming relationship and friendship thru out the anime.
