~ Both 'Concrete Revolutio' and 'Hamatora' have humans with amazing abilities as their main plot.
~ Also they share that confusion through society about if those 'super-humans' are good or bad for the world, if they deserve to be called 'heroes' or 'villains'.
~ Another thing they share: they count with a vast 'palette' of colours, which you can especially appreciate in characters and backgrounds.
They both share similar actions, meanings and theory. The animes base is an anti-terrorist office in a superhuman/human world and the story is all about the happenings between regular and irregulars. They both deal with the question of righteousness.
The charachters are fine, the protagonists are cool, powerful and have thoughts about evil and good, so they are not that simple. Both of them have a good foreshadowing.
Howerver Concrete re. is taking the meaning of right to a greater level.
