Supernatural battles and a similar student/mentor relationship at the center. The "mentors" (Yato and Reigen, respectively) are often silly/comic relief/over-the-top, but they can and do get serious for the sake of their students and are genuinely good mentors to them. Also have similar monster designs.

Where Noragami centers on a God chasing Akayashis with his shinki, Mob Psycho 100 is about a medium and his student chasing spirits and the relation God/Shinki - Medium/Student is pratically the same.
They both involve spirits and there is a similar art style surrounding them. There's also a bit of a get-rich-quick vibe going around Yato that is reminiscent of Reigen's being a con artist. Like Noragami, I would say that Mob Psycho 100 has strong characters but is a bit lackadaisical in the story department.

Hey these two anime have incredible world building and great characters to add to it. The are intense fight scenes in them that a captivating but apart from that, you'll enjoy the everyday life episodes that are over the top funny & tears of joy laughter because of the insane production.
