AnY and Noragami don't have much in common, but I think you might enjoy one if you liked the other.
They both have a plethora of interesting and well-developed characters, an interesting plot (which is not overthrown by romance), and supernatural beings.
Besides, the dynamics Hiyori/Yato/Yukine and Yona/Hak/dragons are really funny to watch : both are about people who thought they were normal discovering how large is the world.
Most important, they gave me the same vibe of enjoyment ; if you don't care about an anime being shojo/shonen, go for it !
