I feel like Noragami and Tokyo ESP are both
-Dark with light, campy, humorous aspects (though Noragami is considerably lighter/happier)
-Action-packed with a thread of romance that keeps things interesting
-Both deal with the supernatural and real worlds colliding
Overall if you like action (and even a little gore?) but with funny/romantic elements, you'll like them both. Noragami is more fun and light-hearted, while Tokyo ESP is deeper and more sentimental
They're both entertaining!
