Lovely Complex does this with comedy duo Koizumi and Ootani, Whisker Away does this eccentric Muge and a calmer Hinode. Both of these pairs have the ladies question whether they should initiate a relationship with their love interest.
Both are good romance anime with a good share of comedy. All in a school setting.
