Lets say that humans were to develop powers in the future. There comes a very important question. How would the people end up reacting to the people who develop said powers. On one side, we have Darker than Black, where those with powers are kept in secret and feel ostrasized from the other people. Both series try to put their own unique spin on superhero stories. DtB opts to be a dark and (acctording to some) deconstructive mindfuck while T&B's approach often borders on the satirical.
