Though the similarities aren't so obvious, if you observe closely you 'll find them.
Both series are based on the character development and the relations between them, having a melancholic atmosphere.
In one hand we have "Contractors" in the other "Xamdous". Both are treated like "monsters". Finally there is a controversy about justice and humanity in both shows.
