Both anime involve characters with abilities but they have restriction on using them both are very well made amazing story and art style one is the abilities are held by anyone and the other only teens can have abilities.

After a certain phenomenon, humans who developed supernatural abilities are starting to appear. Some are able to control it, some aren't, some use it for misdeeds.
Main characters and co. go after them to prevent more chaos.
Although Charlotte has more comedic start while DtB have more stoic-ish feel, both shows are pretty dark.
U won't regret it.
The common plot key:
At the start of both, they create a bubble-like comfy environment (or maybe a comfort zone) {*} within which all the happenings occur. Meaning that though U will be intrigued, but you'll know in the corner of ur mind that the mc & the side characters won't be in any life danger... Like remember how the group was solving simple cases at the start in Charl? Likewise, here u'll see a group, which more or less acts like each other's leash from going astray and solve some basic conspiracies and stuff, not really important but needed
