The existence of espers and beings with supernatural abilities are prominent in both of these series. In fact, some of these individuals are considered dangerous to society.
The main character in both series have similar personalities in being calculating, independent, and often does things on his own. He does have a partner though who aids him with various goals.
Both series has action, drama, and a mysterious background to them. In addition, they have a similar mood to them involving organizations.
Everything about this anime reminded me of Darker Than Black. Basically the Esparos reminded me of contractors, they both have special powers and use them against normals people or work with them. Both great anime definitely worth watching. If you like one, you'll like the other too!

A similar concept of special individuals endowed with supernatural power acting out against discriminating society. Both are action filled and both have an investigation element. And of course a mysterious young medium girl.
-Both anime has a group of humans with special power and they are detested by regular humans
-both anime is mainly about a criminal-type organization that has people with that special power.They work behind the scene of various criminal cases in the country. Except,the group in DTB are not well-known like P.A.N.D.R.A in Unlimited Hyoubu Kyousuke.
