Main character is "cursed" with a special power. Funny series with a lot of comedy value and a touch of romance.
Both are harem comedies where main character is cursed by a special power that is making his life hard but also helping him to get closer to the girls.
Both are comedies that involve a main character in a normal high school setting who has to deal with a power that affects his relationships at school. Only the main character himself can actually hear/see the power given to him.
Ore no Nounai is not serious whatsoever, but the story in Kanojo ga Flag gets serious from time to time, as the main character actually shows a sort of depression that he's adapted due to his power making his life harder for him.

Both Male MC have the power to determine fate and indirectly creates a harem in the process. "Ore No" has the MC force to make a perverted/awkward decision or suffer physical consequences while Kanojo has fate controlling the girls the MC meets.

A similar supernatural presence can be found in both shows. Both Harems and both have a pretty decent cast. The ending of the "If her Flag Breaks" (Kanojo ga Flag wo Oraretara) is a bit wack, but the build-up to it is pretty decent.
