The cute romantic moments of Shirayuki made me think of The Pilots Love Song.
An enthusiastic gentlemanly prince character going out of his way for a girl, and the girl finding a way to be prince where the prince is. In both anime they are somewhat kept apart because of social status and end up stealing time for themselves when others aren't around.
Shirayuki is somewhat lighter and Pilot is a bit more serious, but both have a similar color scheme and show changes between character relations. There are similarities here and there but both shows have unique stories.
