Kanata no Astra

a lot of people don't know Kanata no Astra is a kind of homage to 11-nin Iru!
many of the same characters, similar premise about kids training to fly into space end up on a ship and have to learn to cooperate to achieve their goal. Astra is a full series from a longer manga (11-nin Iru! is a one shot iirc) so can go into more depth, but if you like Astra, this movie is worth checking out. vice versa of course
When I watch this movie, it suddenly reminds me of anime ' Kanata no Astra ' ..because both are very much similar and have the same mystery thriller story idea...
If you liked 'Kanata no Astra', go watch this movie, it's worth watching.
Both involve a similar plot line whereby a young, intelligent and space-going group that have to survive on a ship for several months, with the inclusion of a mystery thriller involving an extra member of the group that should not be on board. However, Kanata no Astra features a more "High School anime" vibe in comparison to 11-nin Iru!
