Strangely enough, neither series is my cup-of-tea, yet having seen both I find myself seeing how fans of one would like the other. The animation style is soft, but also a style possibly not used often anymore. Comedic, with a humor which appeals to a certain type of fan, yet also characters which are soft personality wise. No, I don't mean flat, but personable in a manner which there seems no malice between the two. If anything, both series make for a light-heated watch for anyone in the mood.

Both series have the same style of history, a simple slice of life of some gakusei. The great diference on both are the main male characters, wich Lucky Star doesnt have.
If you liked one of theese you'll like other one too ! Almost the same sense of humor and simillar characters makes that in both shows you have almost the same feeling.
-Both contains School Life/ Slice of Life/Romance and is centered around comedy.
-Both animes are compiled of short stories, and are full 30 minute episodes.

Both the characters and the comedy is alike it's also the same kind laid back atmosphere.
It's also based and the school life of a close group of students who seem to care allot about each other.
The characters are similar...(ex..Miniwa, Tsumiki looks like Izumi, Konata) theare both enjoyable to watch..
They both have the same type of feel to the animes. however lucky star is more about just the life of 4 girls when acchi kocchi is about a group of friends and one of the girls, Tsumiki is in love with another guy in there group, Io. So acchi kocchi has more romance in it. They are both must watch animes!
Same vibes
Just watch one episode and you'll feel like it's the same thing except for different characters.
I like to think of Acchi Kocchi as a more "themed" version of Lucky Star. They're both filled with the same super-moe, hyped up archetypes, and random skit (school life and other random activities) premise, but Acchi Kocchi has a much more vibrant style of animation with most of the randomness revolving around a sub-plot of romance. That being said, a lot of people will not enjoy either of these anime... You either love the Lucky Star/K-On slice of life genre or you don't. Personally, I found the "humour" in Acchi Kocchi to be more approachable than Lucky Star's, but I wouldn't consider either of

Same high school life, without the romance part. For me, konata and tsumiki look alike. Both have comedy part. Hime and Tsukusa is the same voice actress.
Similar art style and character types, both really cute!

It's the same kind of humor. The group of friends go to the school, they talk, play and do normal things, but they aren't normal students (o people). The animation it's similar too.
Same genre but Acchi Kocchi contains love and machos.
Lucky star center the plot to the otaku world, friendship and moe
Very similar characters (a few examples on this could be Hime from Acchi Kocchi and Tsukasa from Lucky Star or Konata from Lucky Star and Tsumiki from Acchi Kocchi), similar comedy. Lucky Star is pretty much Acchi Kocchi without the romance. The only difference is probably that Acchi Kocchi actually has a main male character, well, two, in it, while Lucky Star is just about all girls. Similar artwork.

*similar opening songs: singed by main seyuus
*similar characteristics of characters - they're cute, funny, intelligent, irritating or shy
*similar art: just cute

Tsumiki has a resemblance to Konata from Lucky Star and Hime to Tsukasa from the same series in both appearance and personality.
The major difference is that Acchi Kocchi is focused on romance.

Chibi and comedy. These two anime are very cute and have a plot that aren't entirely about anything. Acchi Kocchi is more romance, and Lucky Star is more school life.

Acchi Kocchi is just Lucky Star with romance. The only real difference is that Acchi Kocchi has more male character while Lucky Star has more female characters.
-Both are Slice of Life
-Both are amusing comedies
-Both have the High School theme
-Tsukimi (Acchi Kocchi) reminds me of Konata (Lucky Star)
These two anime have similar art styles and characters, good humor, and are fun slice-of-life shows
Both are fun filled, full of comedy and daily lives of students. If you're looking for a laid back and enjoyable Anime like Lucky Star, give this a go.
They both entertain the idea of extremely moe characters living their everyday lives while making fools out of themselves in an adorable fashion.
First of all, the main character, Tsumiki Miniwa, looks almost exactly like Konata. This anime series is kind of like Lucky Star with a little romance in it. Amazing!
They both follow a female has a main character.
Both slice of life.
Talk about romance time to time.

Besides the similar art styles, animation, and lovable characters, the highlighting theme that "Lucky Star" and "Acchi Kocchi" share is that of being a daily life anime. Both anime follow a group of friends as they live out their exciting high school lives and go on many small but hilarious adventures. If you have some free time and just want something to make you laugh, I would recommend watching either of these anime.

Well if you remove the romance from Acchi Kocchi and include character stereotypes you get Luucky star. both are quite similar in animation and technique.
The characters, comedy and art style of both shows are similar. If you love slice of life anime with random comedy elements or chibi styles, give these shows a try!
-Both share similar art-styles as well as plenty of Moe >w<
-An episode consists of shorts with unrelated stories, and there exists no concrete plot-line. Just watch it for the cuteness and fun :)
