They are both about daily life of ordinary high school students.
Asaba Yuuki and Izumi Konata both like manga and anime and lead a lazy life; Tsukahara Kaname and Hiragi Kagami are both tsundere and tsukkomi characters and do well in study. Asaba Yuuki×Tsukahara Kaname, Izumi Konata×Hiragi Kagami, two combinations are similar.
Except for few romantic plots in Lucky Star, the friendship and youth life in two anime are alike.
