The series have similar artstyles (although Akiba's Trip is lower quality but still fine), both involve fights in which clothes play an important role, both deal with nudity although in unusual way despite being tagged as ecchi (due to the unusual artstyle), even the main antagonists have some things in common.
Both shows are really enjoyable so if you liked one you might like the other.
both are trippy af action packed series with a strong female cast and also nice to look at art and character designs too.

Both anime revolve around the concept that in order to beat your opponent, you need to get rid of their clothes. While the aftermath of that does differ, losing one's clothing will be a setback. Their color palettes also pop. In traditional anime sense, fight scenes are exaggerated and the final battles do feel similar in terms of atmosphere and stakes.
