This 3-minute special for promoting the NES port/version of Valis: The Fantasm Soldier was directed by 2 famous directors, Hideaki Anno (yes, that same Anno) who would later founded Gainax and created the beloved groundbreaking anime, Neon Genesis Evangelion.
