Both are action series and have main leads who are fighting for JUSTICE while wearing super-uniforms. Both shows are aware of the cliches of their genres and mixed it through their episodes, creating random and chaotic conflicts in their story. Both stories are quite a trainwreck and have twists that might make you feeling "WTH" through the shows.
It starts small, but it keeps getting bigger. Horrendously bigger. Hilariously bigger. Humongously bigger. Never ceases. I suppose an exponential growth with narrative may be considered bad if it just exists to show silly things with nothing else, but I don't believe that to be the case with KLK or Samumenco, for they are works of art.
It's not every day someone tells you vibrant colours with revealing girls or superhero-toku anime can be something of enjoyment maxima but KLK and Samumenco both manage to take their premise and explode on it so much. <ost would not deny how wacky KLK's presentation made for a plot
