Both are about a group of girls in a club who do nothing except talk about all kinds of random stuff. Personally, I dislike both of these two anime, but if you liked one of them, you might like the other as well.

Fairly nonsensical comedies of JK girls' random activities within a laid-back club at school that have different topics shown and talked about, lots of meta aspects within too, they are simply shows that aren't to be taken seriously and are just fun to watch.
Main difference is the animations where on majority Tesagure uses CGI whereas Kitakubu uses illustrations but both can alternate every so often. Tesagure mainly focuses its meta components with VA's giving thoughts on new ideas whereas Kitakubu's meta moments sometimes revolve around 4th wall breaking such as making remarks to the watchers, bringing up real life things, acknowledging ED song changes.
