They both have almost similar vibes aside from their super power abilities, the characters personalities and those opponents that they'll encounter.
Both colorful, beautifully composed modern takes on the superhero genre. But rather than stay within their genre, these shows are full of self-reflection and analysis of society. Their ratings aren't high, but if you enjoy one you need to see the other.
Similarities:
A story about heroe's who have duty to protect the city.
Both have good female leads...in other words better than male's
Colourful animation and action are both present within these two series.
Both series also has a small amount of comedy..
Social media plays a huge role in both series....

Gatchaman Crowds has awesome soundtrack compared to Concrete Revoliutio..
Concrete Revoliutio's characters has better powers/transformations...
Concrete Revoliutio is still airing, while Gatchaman Crowds aired in 2013..
