-Both the protagonist can sort of see the future.
In Kanojo, the protagonist has the ability to see flags and what they represent (ie. death, love, etc.) and can choose to act. In Daitoshokan, it is more of a premonition.
-Both involve a secret organization responsible for the protagonist's power.
-Both have lots of females surrounding a male protagonist.
Daitoshokan is a much more mature anime than Kanojo however.
In both the MC can see the future and has a harem.
Kanojo ga Flag is more of a comedy, and you shouldn't take it too seriously, but they both also have a quite large mystery element.
Daitoshokan has a more coherent story, so if Kanojo had a bad ending because it didn't really make sense to you, then you might enjoy Daitoshokan.
