As far as the setting goes, the two aren't very similar, but that's not the case with the main characters. Both come from a relatively secretive background and have had some sort of special training. They both attend a formerly-all girls academy where they create a harem. The biggest difference between the two is that Juuou Mujin no Fafnir's MC is comparably a lot less fleshed out and more potato-y than Grisaia no Kajitsu's protagonist.
