Both are CLAMP anime and are full of cross over characters. If you've seen CCS first, you'll definitely enjoy Tsubasa Chronicle more. The other way around... Probably makes it a bit harder to recognize characters. The genres are a bit different though. CCS is magical girl anime whereas Tsubasa Chronicle is more the adventure type.
If you like Sakura, Syaoran and other characters from Clamp, watch Tsubasa Chronicle! It takes place in an alternate setting, complete different storyline, but the characters are still the same! Tsubasa Chronicle also introduces two new characters only for Tsubasa Chronicle, Fay/Fai and Kurogane. If you like Clamp, you'll like this one for real!

They both anime have the same characters; and are from CLAMP. It's very joyous to watch, and I also love how in Tsubasa Chronicle they travle to many diffrent places. =)

if you loved Cardcaptors than you will surely enjoy it since you find the same characters. I also recommend a LOT to those who simpy love the relationship between Sakura and Shaoran (like me ^^.. they are so cute together! )
Both Clamp animes, similar and same character names for the most part ;o

they are really simliar. the main charatersy are exactly alike in personality and appearance. they are both really romantic in a special kinda way :) but i think Syaoran is more "active" in the tsubasa chronicle series, and he shows more care about sakura too. I personally like Tsubasa chronicle a lot better :) there is also a second season tsubasa chronicle, if you watched tsubasa chronicle, you just HAVE TO see the second season and the moives ;)

They both are different plots but with some of the same characters that you can't help loving. I watched both of them and i can't help but saying that if you like one of them, you will definitely like the other.

the characters are the same people only from different worlds. So it's kinda cool.
Both have the same characters, but in Tsubasa Chronicle, sakura and syoaron are older. CCS is shoujo while TC is shounen

Some of the main characters of this anime are similars to Tsubasa, I believe that you need to watch Cardcaptor Sakura first and later watch Tsubasa. ^^

These two animes, both based on works by CLAMP, are very different story-wise, but they have similar main characters (like Sakura and Syaoran) and supporting characters (like Tomoyo, Toya, and Yukito). Another thing they have in common is that both series involve collecting things to achieve their goals where CCS collect cards when TC collect feathers.

Both are by CLAMP so the art and feel is very similar. They both involve the leads having to collect something in order to achieve a purpose. In cardcaptor, sakura must collect clow cards, and in tsubasa, syaoran must collect feathers containing sakura's memories.

The characters from this series and xxxHolic are recycled into Tsubasa Chronicles, and some lore from CCS comes into play in Tsubasa.
